The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 前1小时，皮兰德娄骨灰千辛万苦的回归，有很多引人发笑的讽刺感。无论是汽车司机的轻蔑、飞机乘客的迷信，教堂硬塞儿童棺材才愿意祷告，童言无忌说“皮兰德娄是侏儒”（也许有嘲讽他曾经是Nazi），还是最后骨灰草草装进盒子里，洒了一半也不管。这倒是激发了想去读《已故的帕斯卡尔》。后半小时不是很明白，只能感受到离开家乡的儿童的虚无感，极端又冲动地用杀人祭奠来找寻下半生的精神寄托，是个不太圆满的未完成的故事，可能是跟红与黑里的于连或者是欲望号街车类似的主题吧？管他有没有意义，可能仅仅是导演借此来送别逝者的“陪葬仪式”。
好“看”好“听”好美的电影，只是剧情太苍白。

I shouldn’t have watched it as a grown man which i was so sorry about that, but we are not live in a fairytale by now.
影片其实和《鬼魅浮生》在结构上有很相似的地方，只不过这一次导演没有像之前那么沉浸于自己的镜头本身，多少把重心放在了人物身上，看之前我都忘了具体演员表，所以熟人一个接一个地出现还是很让人惊喜的。
当影像看了。叙事太过主观，也就没有观众什么事了。
7.0 西方聊斋，魔幻气氛有了，但是人物刻画一个都不深刻，行为缺少原因和逻辑，剧情推得太快了
作为A24铁粉来说说，风格仍然过硬，节奏差强人意，美术无可挑剔，台词不伦不类
有隐喻，有暗指，不过骑士对死亡的恐惧，想成为真正骑士的挣扎和纠结还是感受到了。画质也不错，叙述的方式也蛮喜欢的

这片摄影和灯光好厉害，在大银幕上看真的很爽。故事倒是非常简单，拿掉身份设定其实是个男性成长的故事。
为美术和音效加一星
除了美工，其他没看出啥好的。色调过暗，看的难受，节奏拖沓，乏善可陈。

如果是带脑子看这电影估计是2.5星，不带脑子看是4星，毕竟是童话故事，经不起那么推敲，觉得有意思好玩就得了
这种古欧故事对于不了解欧洲历史的我非常不友好...我觉得最后高文逃过一劫了，因为选择了诚实和守信
Like everyone said, top-notch on cinematography, sound design and art department, but no story, only vibes. Good for eye, not for brain. The last 20 mins makes the most sense of the movie, like an ending explanation in the ending. The overall tone of the film, or from adult fairy tale aspect, it reminds me of Tale of Tales.
什么玩意啊 史诗不史诗传说不传说的 能不能把故事讲明白了先
文艺风格的剧情片。适合文青吹逼，至少能通过本片了解史诗级的原著。故事晦涩，节奏巨慢，竭尽所能故弄玄虚，浪费了镜头所营造的悬疑与史诗感。
