The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 又想学Nikita，又想学John Wick，但这烂大街的剧本跟动作设计，还是早点洗洗睡吧！
电影前90分钟可以打4星，最后30分钟烂尾减一星。
反正最后就是活不成就是了，这么多年还是不喜欢这种设定…
7分。比同样是大女主的《火药奶昔》要精彩多了。尽管都是一日可以活，但节奏上不如《怒火攻心》，还是略显拖沓了点。打斗方面还算过得去，几场枪战戏份不错，最喜欢的是饭店的白刃战。小姑娘的部分其实没必要放进去，反派老老实实躺平不就行了么~~~
还算是合格的暴力动作片，不过这次是女版基诺李维斯。
查看了一下导演履历，不愧是拿过奥斯卡的专业视效师，奉上了我迄今为止所有看过的动作片里最丝滑的一场飙车戏
又一部容易遗忘的、大数据驱动的、拼凑元素的网大，带有服务属性却点到为止，黑白和室屠杀本该是个非常适合风格化的场景。
最近打女的动作片多了起来，有人说凯伦·吉兰的火药奶昔动作打的慢，我觉得这一个动作也块不到哪里去，还要多练练才当打女好吧，不过还是够残暴血腥
去年看完塞隆女王的永生守卫以后，我还在说希望未来能多一点认真对待女性动作片的导演和团队。没想到这一年过去，出了一堆大女主动作片，竟然连一部比永生守卫能看的都没有。这部姑且算是相对接近的了，也只不过贡献了两小场勉强能上70分的段落，其余部分只能把脑子关上当日本观光MV看。女主之前在双子杀手里的表现明明还蛮不错，这部却时好时坏，力量感时强时弱，估计还是导演要求低拍摄赶工的锅。哎，本以为塞隆女王当初的极寒之城算个75分的女性动作片标准线，现在却变成了上限…………真的希望制片厂们上点心吧，你们不会是故意这么一通框框瞎搞，以便未来能让动作片重回男性天下吧？？也希望女星能再出几个像塞隆姐和哈利姐那样足够敬业的，突袭2的锤妹都结婚去了，这女打星可别就这么断档了呀！
整体观感还是不错的，但是注定是一部看完记不住的片子。作为一部女性动作片，剧本虽然是流水线级别的，但是动作戏不错，节奏紧凑，有日式元素，暴力血浆，大姐姐和小姐姐，色彩和音乐也不错，属于无脑爽片。爽度高开低走，最后一战的动作戏，基本全是枪战，还用上了毫无意义的慢镜头，还没有前几场动作戏强。倒是国村隼的武士刀干脆利落。柠檬炸弹的广告做的不错，一度让我以为对女主有大力水手菠菜的功效。杀手复仇阴谋的段子真的是看够了……三星半
动作戏份一般般
英姿飒爽大女主，日本潮流风玩的很溜，颇有疾速追杀的味道
Kate在生與死交界、擱淺之地（一座到處充斥著虛擬符號投影、眼花撩亂的東京）最終找到念茲在茲，近乎絕跡的「爆爆檸檬」（真·仁義、家人），讓人無比動容。
全程快节奏，快餐式网飞爽片，女主复仇遭到背叛继续复仇 剧情简单 枪战动作场面挺火爆 在东京拍摄在霓虹灯下还有种赛博朋克的风格
女版john wick《火药奶昔》，《警醒》已经凉了，这又来？话说这些女星一把岁数了怎么反而开始喜欢打架了
动作场面有一定的喜感，有几个少见的亮点：1.刀从下颌向上刺穿鼻子；2.用手电筒做消音器；3.结尾部分的斩首。
《杀死比尔》+《疾速追杀》，反结局设定很好
太喜欢女主演员了，基本上有她的片我就没打过低分
女主不具备一个冷血杀手的气质，跟乌玛瑟曼，查理兹塞隆没有任何可比性
