The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 励志运动题材不会太难看，但是也确实不太容易拍出新意了。
类型化电影，发现强化挫折反转，中规中矩，中间训练部分篇幅有点长
太匠气了，到最后又变成了找各路客串球星的彩蛋电影，主要问题还是不够燃，唯一的惊喜在于华子演技也太好了吧！
因为阿伦·艾佛森，所以曾关注过76人队，也因此，对这部电影来了兴趣。与通常运动纪录片不同的是，这部电影的重点不在运动员，而在篮球作为商业运作对象之一时所呈现的林林总总。一方面，影片刻画了球探为了培养出自己的明日之星的努力，但另一方面，也表现了其商业面貌——球探可以毫无感情的出卖球员（影片最后）。所以，这项竞技运动，可不仅仅发生在场上而已。
很好看，剪辑非常棒，打篮球真好。故事很工业化，也没什么大抱负，但就是很好看。

2.关于篮球比赛，竟然把比赛拆分成1v1单挑，垃圾话互怼，进了就是进了，没进就是没进。没任何理由，深度不足。
不想当教练的球探不会是好球探，体育片虽然很套路，但真的很燃啊。

俗不可耐的热血故事，但竞技体育的魅力还是让人血脉贲张；能看到众多的球星名宿确实也值得让篮球迷们心甘情愿地付出这两个钟头；多讲讲球探这种幕后故事挺好的，多少球员在许多年后被网友扒出基本和当年的球探报告一模一样，也算是三岁看老了
这样想的话反倒很不励志了
