合格的青春片。将原著更为阴暗的设定进行了调整。
还行吧，比起《花束般的恋爱》还是要弱一些。毕竟这种病，很从恋人是碰不到的，能找到共鸣的不多。
以为樱花时节可以看个应景的小甜片，结果又是绝症，而且20分钟就有早衰的迹象提示。女主确实很樱花妹，瑛太弟弟也开始饰演颓废男了， Mr Children 的ED多给半星。

这类设定的电影还是拍成动画比较好，不然那个管理者和旁白岀现还是有点出戏。故事想讲的还是挺好
