The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 整体偏低幼，杂糅了不少元素，政治寓意也相当明显，黑人和白人，歪曲的历史谎言，人为制造的恐怖假象，被蒙蔽的民众，甚至把红兽解读成中国也有那么几分意思。总之，又是一部借儿童视觉讲述大人政治诉求的动画片，也自然会显得剧情和人物突兀拧巴。6.4

动画的制作水平很高，但后半部分剧情直接稀烂，毫无逻辑可言

有时候一颗种子的威力并不亚于一颗原子弹 一个“不按常理”出牌的人 不管什么时候都是有魅力的吧
海兽比人好看，红像大红椒，而且立在水里的样子好像光着膀子一样，呆愣愣的，蓝色胶黏的小宠物可能天敌会比较多
故事低幼逻辑浅陋，好在制作精良。如果没有《驯龙高手》珠玉在前评分会更高，现在看只是又一部奈飞大数据的产物而已。
看的时候一直想到这两天关于长江白鲟的灭绝的事。人类啊……
如果龙是善意的呢？如果哥斯拉是守护着呢？如果金刚不是怪兽呢？如果夏日友晴天海怪想和平共处呢？如果体内小熊猫并不邪恶呢？如果海兽没有挑起战争呢？一如既往的[我们所认知的并不正确]动画路子，几分驯龙高手剧情推进加金刚救赎戏，中规中矩。海兽挺可爱的，如果有续集还挺想看海兽打架。
三星半。还行。但人物形象和海兽形象都不特别，剧情过得去但不精彩。
我四岁的儿子看了一个英文版的，他竟然看懂了剧情。
主旋律+政治正确+不太尴尬的笑点+萌物混入=合格爆米花

于是我去找了电影解说，看完解说后稍微明了了一点，但我依旧没有明白男主为什么对不要成为普通人有如此大的执念。
虽然本片的题材并不新颖，依旧是和平拯救世界，中止仇恨的螺旋云云，而且几乎可以断言地借鉴了《金刚》与《驯龙高手》，但相比于《光年正传》这样的电影，还是有心得多。
唉……怎么可能整个国家突然都听小女孩的话……小蓝小红海兽们都挺可爱的，其他有点说不好不好说
