剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     本来嘛，这是个挺烂的故事，可凯奇饰演自己，在电影里又是吐槽又是致敬，又是自黑又是自恋，化腐朽为神奇，融合出了挺好玩的效果。

    凯奇近年来最正式的电影，中年演员的危机，但也并没有那么惊艳，凯奇想要翻盘，必须去演欧洲文艺电影在戛纳获奖，否则跳不出商业片过期演员的魔咒，电影本身就是一部能够看得懂的凯奇好莱坞往事，比昆汀的好莱坞往事要好看，昆汀拍那玩意想走文艺路线，但拍不出老无所依的感觉，结果是画虎不成，观众不知道看什么，一切都像戏中戏的感觉，什么也连贯不起来，而这部好莱坞往事就比较连贯，尽管没拍好莱坞，但是每个点都在说好莱坞曾经的辉煌，这个剧情出了家庭和危机之外的套路，也是好莱坞经典套路，还可以吧。

    天才与疯子只在一念之间，相当于凯奇宇宙的一次年终总结吧，尼古拉斯凯奇本色出演尼古拉斯凯奇就是最大的亮点，疯狂吐槽自己的人生，把能玩的梗都玩一遍，但是没能延伸出更多的凯奇状态，于是乎才发现，这部电影的可看性和趣味性也就这么点了。

    从电影套娃式结构来看，凯奇也一直希望想演绎一部翻身佳作来重归好莱坞一线。年轻凯奇与中年凯奇的对撞中也说明了这一个天一个地心灵的差异，不过电影没有深挖其中的矛盾点，不然破产之痛一类的话题也是很有意思的。
