剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication.     感觉看了一部现代版《最后的决斗》，台词量太大了，太难了拍这种电影。还是那句老话，我觉得我们在讨论男权和女权之前，更应该先站在人性的角度来审查事件本身。

    作为一个女的一开始我也没想到儿子会真的强奸，看来外包装真的会模糊人判断，看到后面才开始共情女主，而且主要的点是因为男主一直强调他没有决绝的拒绝这个点。庭审的过程其实蛮刻意的，就是一直在拉扯，拍的真的很朴素，能感受到女性在这种事件中的无助，尤其还是对一个能说会道，家里又有底子的。

    和最后的决斗叙事方式类似，但这部只是通过男女两人不同的视角展开这个案件，我们可以深切感受到双方的想法，就像结尾律师的结案陈词说的一样，两位都说的很好，但比较而言我更加赞成男方律师，虽然我是个女性，但想了下结尾和女方陈词，“只有说 不 才代表不同意吗？沉默就代表同意吗”好像也很站女方……这本身就很难定义，并不觉得像其他影评说的摇摆不定（胆怯）
