The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Love is everything。
几千旅客因为911滞留小镇的故事。说是音乐剧改编但更像是音乐剧录像。情节简单，音乐不错。
2021上映，刚好在疫情期间，又是“911”20周年，演出这样一幕剧再合适不过。来自不同地方讲着不同语言的人，因为怀有同样的普遍的人类的情感而得以相聚相惜。
它在有限的演员身上安放两三个角色，配合简单的道具，从而塑造不同的群像，搭建出丰富的场景，但又并不让观众觉得混乱，很多简单的转场效果极佳。

歌好听 女性力量 布景简陋演员很厉害 但是政治正确观念输出令人反感
群像戏演得很好，很多主题，很正向，也很多泪点。人类的悲歌总会伴随着赞歌。
疫情前买好的池座巡演票因为疫情而取消，最终在2022年国内疫情再次抬头的时刻把官摄看完。It's a story celebrating humanity, and no one is an island. 是的, no one is an island. 希望早日看上现场版。w /Cloudy.
舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。
