The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 中段那个26分钟的长镜头感染力太强了，精准地呈现了新冠之下小人物的至暗时刻，那种被整个社会背叛的无力与绝望，让人心如刀绞～但第三幕逃离疗养院的情节有些刻意且过火了，为了煽情而煽情，破坏了冷峻克制的旁观视角，也失去了现实感染力～
善良和同理心有时候就是在事态变化时候油然而生的，可能很疯狂但是也很无奈

比起外国人对宏大叙事的态度，中国人好像有个特点，就是一味回避真相，只记得住那些大的，澎湃的，虚假的，气球一样的东西，
什么时候咱们这能有这样的题材？

看到啾迪对着镜头的控诉真是泪流不止，我们总是擅长把怜悯赠给不需要怜悯的人，对于真正需要帮助的又恐时财压力而逃避不视。同样的题材，拍出来的却是云泥之别…

本片对个体在公共突发事件中的努力和无力感刻画的十分真实，一个普通人尽全力去挽救另一个普通人的生命，天亮以后就是下班回家而已，没有高光时刻没有英雄光环，这才是存在于我们身边的日常。
大量采用了手持近景机位的纪录片形式，表达人物情绪上非常有效果，在后疫情时代看的第一部有关新冠肺炎疫情的片子，很有力量。
后半部分有点too much 但是我夫演得好
动机一直模糊不清，最后的发问更是无力，这又不是Killing Eve，真人真事改得太抓马了。
4星的故事加上1星的社会意义
只有某地喜欢宏大叙事，灾难面前只有弱小又顽强的个体
这样的视角去呈现疫情下人们的生存状态比咱们的“中国医生”更真实，更有力量~我收藏的女神从来都不可能只是个花瓶
不是只有胜利的战役才值得出现在影视作品中，疫情正在消磨这个世界的所有人，我们遭受的无力与痛苦都是真实存在的，都是值得记录的。
