The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 如果喜欢《社交网络》，那么这部片子肯定对你的胃口。

4.5，为思想和文化倾向的审判，这场审判是由谁挑起的？是我们，我们的血。确实，嬉皮士的出发点是没有错的，可其对美国社会造成的影响和危害，是不能以“我们因思想受审”这种伪命题去一笔带过的，虽然没有反转，片子里仍充斥着那股摇滚和不服输的热烈，就和那所谓“垮掉的一代”殊途同归。
是个精彩的好故事，仅此而已。压迫式的直白观点输出真的爱不起来。
电影表现方式能激荡人心。而故事本身再一次证明百无一用是书生，情绪不稳，易被煽动
不管反抗或是批判理由正确与否，都该允许这些的声音发出，而不是将每个人的耳朵堵住欺骗大家这是完美的社会，然后惩罚每一个敢于为了社会美好做出改变的改革者们。自欺欺人真的可笑，被麻痹的芸芸众生也着实可笑，敢于批判和革命的少数人不可笑，因为他们是英雄。
庭外与庭内，过去与现在，双线交织的叙事，节奏明快，政治主张鲜明，放在当下时局看，颇有几分不言而喻的深意。

对于这样一场必输之局，Aaron Sorkin挑选的中场戏和结尾高潮处在家的模拟论辩真的非常牛逼，从冗长而充满挫败感的整场审判中揪出了这两个闪光点，然后用力堆叠，可以说高潮戏80%靠剪辑，看起来实在太过瘾了。
注定结局的政治审判，半百之后世界并没有变更好。

在一切的“公正”和“正义”面前，我们无法反抗，只要反抗便是十恶不赦，现在的我们习以为常，已经麻木，对一切不去思考和批判，像个玩偶。
