The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 讽刺拉满，种族隔离产生的影响无处不在。这几个武装分子的组织能力不得了。
黑人为了自由，为了自身不被种族歧视而抗争之路，在有白人的世界一直那么艰难。这部影片也拍的很真实，充满了人性的张力。《误杀2》似乎和这个真实的故事很有相似。

What's the price of freedom? Everything. Sometimes Freedom costs too much. 理想主义者的殉道之路。根据发生于南非的真实银行人质劫持案改编，开端貌似三个倒霉蛋困兽犹斗式的逃亡，竟然在无意间成为了推动历史的种族平权先锋。2022年的小成本佳作。
3.5。很多细节比剧版更精致但是整体起伏太小了，剧版用皇后乐队几首歌串联起来还是比影版更惊艳，情节也更丰满。男女主角虽然更加青春靓丽但演技差剧版一个等级，山田杏奈说台词一直在点头，神尾枫珠哭戏远不如金子大地
在一次元和二次元的时间待久了就觉得好像这个世界都接受了同性恋。
真实事件改编，借一次所谓的恐怖事件，反映当时南非的种族黑暗……影片的细节刻画也很出色，人性的种种令人唏嘘。
自由的代价是什么，是一切
自由的代价，，很高！！为了自由！！保持坚强！！
这对那个“光辉岁月”的南非，是完全必要且正确的。从对自由的孤注一掷，到斯德哥尔摩综合症化的群体共情和高呼自由，不但不是免费，而且付出的代价是一切。无论这个非典型“打劫”银行事件，是不是对南非真有这么重要，至少电影以紧凑的节奏，拍出振聋发聩的激情，让人信服它的重要性。
