The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 单论视听，称得上艺术品。故事和风格相比84版大相径庭，对原著的改编也不少，大卫·洛维这种非常A24的艺术片风格，加上晦涩的叙事，对普通观众确实不太友好，3星半。
【7】130分钟和三小时一样漫长，质感爆棚，神秘诡谲（BDO爱好者狂喜！），充满诗意，美到极致，可惜徒有其表，故事老套，像具精致的空壳。（记得最开始的分类还是恐怖呢，实际上感觉连惊悚都差点，真的是纯正的奇幻冒险片...）

摄影、美术、光影效果均属上乘，剧情层面属于我看不懂，也没受震撼。
“祝你快乐，亲爱的主，在这个圣诞节。”全片充斥着神教色彩，各种斑驳的色彩和仪式化的音乐昭告着骑士选择的神圣与必然。作为一部剧情片来说，故事线实在散漫。节奏略带散文的舒缓，很多写意功能的场景。骑士英勇上路，人物动机到底是什么呢。

一个看似荒诞的挑战改变一个年轻王子的一身。直到看完我也没明白为什么要接受这样的挑战？a24反正不管拍什么，艺术形式首先是摆在第一位，这点是他们一直讨喜的地方，然而过于诗意晦涩的表达对于一般观众（我）来讲感觉就不太爽了。整部电影有种黑暗童话的味道～其他的我也没做功课，也不愿多研究了。
玩完漂流的少年派变成了小王子和狐狸先生来了一场探索大自然的森林之旅，久经考验后，他用头换来了骑士精神…
2.5 画面很美，光影诡谲，色调很美，音乐迷人，充满诗意。但，我是在看电影，而不是只在念诗，或者是唱咏叹。
感觉宗教和神学元素挺多的，但咱不了解，咱不敢乱说（x 还挺闷的，bgm也老是圣歌兮兮听多了慎得慌🤣 小狐狸真可爱，别开口讲话就最好了（喂
马戏团让狮子在“人类控制下”“不自由”。
三星半，动物们可太美了，自由的他们才是快乐的他们。
色调和打光都不错，但节奏太慢了，我都快睡着了。剧本没写好，37分钟，弃剧。
饶了我吧，上年纪了真看不动这么故弄玄虚的片子了……

除了服化道，表演剪辑叙事好烂啊莫名其妙，白瞎这么好看的海报，最后彩蛋是小女孩戴上皇冠与时俱进端水大师
开始以为是科幻、奇幻、魔幻片，后来怀疑是宗教片，最后……这故事有点烂。
电影本身很治愈，小狼小狮子实在可爱，但是想到她们的友情建立，不过是因为人类想要拍这样一部电影，总感觉说不出的别扭
“小森林”般的生活收养了一只狼和一只狮子，简直太完美了。
