不得不说日本人还是非常善于把握观众的眼泪的，尤其是能想出各种虐心的疑难杂症，虐恋这种剧情。虽然是部卖惨的电影，但是表达的感情还是很真挚的，女主角和男主纯洁的年少感情，女主生病后和嫂子的关系发展也是非常具有强烈的冲击对比，哥哥与嫂子关于治疗花费问题，所有表达的都非常自然和温馨，尽管最后结局也确确实实让人心痛，但是看完还是有种无比踏实和温暖的感觉。
