The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 制作水平一流，光影服化音乐都非常到位精湛，李善均和薛景求演得十分细腻沉稳但少了一些惊喜。诚实地说开篇完全没看下去，不是因为拍得不好而是晦涩的选举选票内容无法提起兴趣，沉闷的信息量略微过载。最终是一个虚伪多疑的理想主义者和一个真实卑劣的现实主义者的崩坏故事。除了唏嘘还是唏嘘。看完觉得人类真挺无聊的，尤其是那些玩弄权术的政治家们。
这次文戏质量还不错，不过其实底子里还是有四十周年的老本:父子+电车+时间穿越+修卡科学家。

好看，主要围绕亲情，伦太郎这个憨憨，维斯还是一如既往的吵闹，最后的场景真的好温馨。
