The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 上一次看到剧本这么硬、舞台这么小的电影，是《这个男人来自地球》。

全片最动人一幕就是师傅给小子打车钱然后说：如果有找零记得还回来啊！师傅可真是嘴硬啊，他也只是想快些再次见到小子而已。ps：全片唯一的遗憾就是北野武没有来客串一把。

师徒情谊表现的很准确，如果是北野武来导会更感动。
单一空间悬疑片，结构非常工整，商业类型片的标本。改编舞台剧和翻拍都是很好的选题。
很有腔调的电影，反转度倒是一般般，大致能猜到剧情走向，不过我刚开始猜老头是FBI来着。
一起调就知道是好戏，徐缓、端矜、沉着、优雅，以一件套装的精良制作手法开端，缓缓铺陈一场精心设计的复仇计划。戏的精彩并不在于展现了一个多滴水不漏严丝合缝的策划逻辑，更多在于事件的走向总奔往“失控”状态，各种不确定性创造了特别的戏剧张力，以及男主的临场应变能力，全程智商在线，总能“逢凶化凶”，步步惊心又柳暗花明。一句话，干得漂亮！
20220603，单一场景的佳作，剧情转换再转换合情合理；谈笑间樯橹灰飞烟灭，最后5分钟，左青龙右白虎，7分。
一直看到临近结尾阿武和师父从酒馆里走出来，送阿武上车时跟他说如果车费有剩余记得拿回来给我的那一幕才彻底明白了阿武在师父心里的份量，也确实没想到这竟然说师徒此生最后的缘份。
故事无论是内容还是叙事结构都是相当普通甚至有点俗套的，“严师慈父”的日式或者说是亚洲的传统形象扑面而来。但那种纯真的感动依旧能够感受得到，三星半
