剧情介绍

　　Beginning just after the bloody Sioux victory over General Custer at Little Big Horn, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee intertwines the perspectives of three characters: Charles Eastman (Beach), né Ohiyesa, a young, Dartmouth-educated, Sioux doctor held up as living proof of the alleged success of assimilation; Sitting Bull (Schellenberg), the proud Lakota chief who refuses to submit to U.S. government policies designed to strip his people of their identity, their dignity and their sacred land – the gold-laden Black Hills of the Dakotas; and Senator Henry Dawes (Quinn), who was one of the architects of the government policy on Indian affairs. While Eastman and patrician schoolteacher Elaine Goodale (Paquin) work to improve life for the Indians on the reservation, Senator Dawes lobbies President Grant (Thompson) for more humane treatment, opposing the bellicose stance of General William Tecumseh Sherman (Feore). Hope rises for the Indians in the form of the prophet Wovoka (Studi) and the Ghost Dance – a messianic movement that promises an end of their suffering under the white man. This hope is obliterated after the assassination of Sitting Bull and the massacre of hundreds of Indian men, women and children by the 7th Cavalry at Wounded Knee Creek on Dec. 29, 1890.     感觉除了剧情与人物塑造，各个方面都挺好的，镜头感、武打场面、背景乐等等都有点意思，有模样了，可惜了。一开场以为会有《双旗镇刀客》的样子的。

    剪辑音乐都很优秀，但剧情就那样吧，倒是挺适合吃饭是看一下，最后一句：什么时候来一个全黄人种西部片啊？毕竟都可以抛开时间环境限定了

    主题涣散，像在致敬《东邪西毒》，但却新开了一个服，在大家没有广泛了解背景前开始了散光式的故事推进，想写成散文诗，又属实有点好笑，讲了工友David讨薪记，工头觊觎弟媳十年未出手偏赶人老头回来了摸摸索索，金满堂原地复活十年后又被杀……虽然画面严肃，但仍掩盖不住沙雕本质啊朋友！ 另：以前我好爱武侠片的，但我今年三十二了，再看武侠属实有点中二了，我逼着自己一边把电影看完一边想我到底爱武侠片什么，看着满屏黄沙厚土慢慢想起来，奥，我爱的是自由自在和快意恩仇。
