The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 其实故事是有点cliche的，但陀螺的哥特审美又一次占了上风。
我目前最喜欢的一部陀螺，一部彻头彻尾的Spooky show in a carnival。Cooper最后的嘶吼比小李子近年来的花式乱吼加起来都有感染力loll
脆弱心理的下岗人员，心机婊的实习生，混乱的同事炮友网都让观众同情哈登。
引用陀螺自己的话：“I think the tragedy is when you finally have all the people that you need surrounding you, and you have nothing left to say.” 功成名就之时却不能言之有物，是挺可悲的。
黑暗，致郁，主角的一切上升，都是用带血的利刃抢夺而来，最终必将走向毁灭。貌似原版更好，有时间看看原版。
大牌演员组合，德尔托罗审美趣味，问题是作品是一部敷衍的行货

【我通灵，却只看到自己荒唐的野心】
这是践行三天工作制前的西班牙？为啥能为了评选，还几乎996了呢？主配角从形象到个性都非常鲜明，可人物关系及伴随的冲突又过于简单粗暴。
挖掘企业文化的暗面，审视逐利剥削的企业生态；各种荒诞与精心的讽刺之下，还藏着一些不寒而栗的真相——它甚至提供了像《人生切割术》一样的感觉（只是更简单、更直接）。“我甚至不想叫他的姓”，对移民的评论还有被精心打造的“川普-wannabe”形象；Jarvier的表演相当出色，用这个换《里卡多一家》未尝不可。
当酒精作为致命的药引勾连起geek和年迈的读心术表演者，你就知道库珀一定会继承他的命运并最终踏进混杂着鸡屎和猎奇目光的牢笼。绕是如此，看着他笑着喝下那杯配方自己也心知肚明的酒，依然感到被一种强烈的宿命的力量击中。
“墨西哥三杰”里，我最无感的就是陀螺。新电影看完，更无感了。和原版没差，他“翻拍”了一遍，没有创新。

男主前半段看着比后半段聪明太多，有种铺陈了很多就这的感觉
前面讲Carny的部分好喜欢，用三十年代嘉年华做背景真的很棒，全程怀念【Carnivale】，后面么就。。。不过noir当代化反正也一直拍不好，因为本来就没有什么情节，那种特别的氛围感又很难现代化，虽然色彩布景服饰和女主角确实都很好看
