The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 其实更喜欢<骑士>啦，这部也不赖，但也不至于惊叹好得过分，你能看到一个人而非只是个女性与这个世界自处的方式，和解真的存在吗？越过山水，才知道答案。

没有工作、家庭、金钱、房子的时候我们如何生活，为何而活。也许只有失去这一切、甚至主动放弃这一切的人，才是那在暴风雨中乘风破浪奋力翱翔的倔强海鸥，才最接近生命的真谛。诗意又有趣，悲伤又温暖。

女主在别人眼里看似窘迫的公路生活，在习惯漂泊的人眼里，有着自己的孤傲与浪漫。让我想起《猜火车》里的那段经典台词，生活中就是有人不想买他妈的大电视，而选择不停地在路上，看群山，看飞鸟，looking ahead, to the day you die.
一部值得用力去感受的电影…… 这样的一切太深沉.
这得多坚强的心 才能一直坚持这样的生活状态
有趣的是，片中讲到那些创造了美国的伟大精神，先进沦为边缘，无依无靠，而这样一个故事的叙述者，来自外来移民。

感觉主角的设定有很多不可推敲之处，查了下果然是原著书中没有的人物。这种无父无母无孩无产的设定，给了电影某种“自由”，却也造成了遗憾？
3.5星吧。感觉有点碎。最打动我的竟然是最后的一句“See you down the road."
Dedicated to the one who had to depart，see you down the road. 配乐真是神来之笔。
除去剪辑配乐和细节处理上缺乏想象力等问题外 还有大部分女导演都会有的一个通病：sentimentally melodramatic
