The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 内核是很好莱坞的类型片，配菜却是老欧州片。
但主角全程几乎没有真正吃过苦头。

演员们真的演得都蛮好的，阵容挺好，还有坂本龙一，但是就是不知道为了个啥…
大量的真实景观拍摄，却在动作设计上显得格外平庸，野外追逐和求生连《荒野猎人》一半的水平都不到，到了后半段的政治惊悚又停留在表面的反转，华盛顿从停车场飞跳简直出戏，让片子唯一的“真实记录质感”也全无。本来这种政治灾难片大有可为非常值得拍，可惜这部拍得如此寡淡，导演属实要背锅了。
故事的发展整体还是在意料之中的，主人公属实倒霉，本快乐的假期，一场车祸，还为此卷进了政治事件，黑恶斗争里，还是在语言不通的外国，，实惨
這年頭想要超越當年波蘭斯基的"Frantic"還是很不容易的~
完全第一视角的故事片，很厉害。把谁放到这种情境下也得懵，男主这行动力已经是很强大了
其实很多伏笔细节可以处理的更好，可惜流于表面了。男主在希腊是得到了力量之神的眷顾了嘛？
有槽点，但我觉得一个外国人，在陌生的国家，语言不通，被jc追捕，身上也没手机钱包，就一点零钱硬币。那种无助感表达的可以。其它方面就不怎样了，还有好几处槽点。
砍妹只是客串一下，情节还是可以，就是他作为一个普通外国游客，什么都不知道，对方完全没必要置他于死地，也就是说这个故事完全没必要发生。

大儿子全程一脸懵b，苦兮兮中夹杂着笨拙打斗，数次主角光环的死里逃生，纪录片式的镜头语言没有沉浸只有沉闷。
美国真的很喜欢个人英雄主义。。强行给反派降智太蠢了。那个女警察，要是你不犯傻，男主开片10分钟就能领盒饭
