When police discover that the brutal killing and a number of other attacks on women were all connected to advertisements placed on Craigslist, their investigation ultimately leads them to Markoff. It’s surprising how much has changed and how much hasn’t...想起《辩护人》，但毕竟Sorkinism，文戏更犀利，看报道说真实情况的戏剧性有过之而无不及。
看的百老汇官摄版本，歌曲好听，剧情节奏紧凑，只是故事内容单纯不是很对胃口，始终无法打动我。
好片，这才是我想看到的六十年代，三个极左群体都特别鲜明，唯一可惜的是黑豹党戏份偏少了（虽然那句can you breathe一定是在指代BLM了）。少搞点Joker这样的假大空吧，历史里的真刀真枪还还嫌少吗？
《芝加哥七君子》依然是艾伦·索金的传统艺能，在他的剧作之下，历史事件成为了几乎炫技的密集文本量轰炸之下的戏剧空间，以及恰到好处的黑色幽默。事件之影像在多（双）重言说者的支撑之下以过去式逐渐连贯的闪回。作为论争的影像，法庭或是悬置的，时空不明的脱口秀舞台，作为影片之于被迫在大他者“失语”增补之下进行的言说，或者是一场政治战争的intepretation，先决条件在于观众对于影像的信任，也是如今影像作为意识形态的诉求。当然，索金没有宣称影像的绝对真实性，而是将视角的主观受限性呈现出来。一切的论证感消失于那个煽情的结尾，在长镜头，以及突然响起的音乐中起立的诸众突然暂停叙事，如同宝莱坞电影之中的歌舞，他们以情感的胜利宣称这一事件的不可质疑。
很好的音乐剧，但这是一个音乐剧的录像带，而不是电影。

出色而直给的技术水准让人领略文宣终极形态的高级魅力，拍政治审判非常方便地拍成政治电影，都只能是一场行军而非漫游。
索金目前的两部导演作品都是看完Act 3冲动多打一星。这里的剧本是加分项，但是如果给芬奇这类导演拍，原封照着剧本拍也是4星，if that make any sense...可能最合适还是拍成mini-series。以及雀斑选角好灾难...

前几天刚看完波拉特2，无法联系起两个拜伦科恩。。。
没有吸引到我，感觉拍的太正了，剪辑也很令人厌烦，同样题材同种手法的美国电影太多了，没新意。
一切的不公，至少还可以说出来。另外，美国警察的所作所为，看来和政体的意志是一致的。
集中的群像实际只有三个半在线，唇枪舌剑没有实质性内容。
太牛逼了，爆笑爽片，索金终于会导电影了，剪辑带劲，配乐炸裂！
