The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 还是有迷人气质的部分 置景和布光 至于几次 William Tell 的脸与镜头的双向运动关系给出表演和内心的空间做得刻意了点 镜头绕向星点彩灯空中盘旋 360° 再回来就牵手吧 2333 有些傻气的真心感 最后一幕不提致敬 倒也算呼应了台词里的指尖末梢兴奋颤抖 倒是隐线寥寥几笔 作为人物的背景板 p.s. bass 手 Robert 的 OST 做得妙
必须承认romantic comedy的男主一旦不那么混蛋就失去了吸引力，也显得女主更神经质了……
然而现实生活中这个背景设定的男人尾巴都翘到天上去了，这爱情片就是因为生活中不存在才拍成了电影的。

一边打竞争法笔记一边听生肉都能知道剧情以及男女主之间巨老套的七七八八 当然是深夜肥皂剧范畴 但不得不说女主真的好漂亮！

2021威尼斯主竞赛入围+2021手册十佳第9位。剧作一流，台词精彩，旁白特别值得分析；视听上保罗施拉德强调数字感的方式是通过极为清晰的景深镜头实现的，这个景深的处理往前就接到比如《圣鹿之死》等作品；用2D化的VR镜头来呈现梦境和记忆也是第一次见到有人这么做！演员处理上特别布列松（旁白也很布列松哈哈哈），不过美国演员跟这套风格确实不搭……战争相关的PTSD居然还能翻出新花样，实在厉害，奥斯卡怎么着也得给个编剧提名吧！
cliche but I still buy it
职场爱情剧，当爆米花看，男主很帅，办公室家具很帅。
鱼眼广角和包家具的视觉效果是有意思的，除此之外难免有些无趣。
