2022.3.5 汤姆汉克斯的表演把全片拉高了一个度，但是这个片子本身略显单调无聊。是在讲爱、信任与怀念，有一些总结和反思，但总的来说寡淡无味。

在隔离期看到这样的片子真的很暖，俗套但有用
相当于《爱死机》的大电影呈现，真的很好看。几乎是汤姆汉克斯一个人的表演。……末世是个背景，这一切犹如他的个人救赎，随着公路片的进展，他也渐渐说出自己的故事，敞开心扉，直到离去。……有的影迷纠结导演留下的开放式剧情，完全没必要，那就是开放式的，薛定谔的猫一样，怎样猜测都可以。重要的是芬奇个人的感受。……导演证明了一件事，只要有好剧本，我就能拍好，《权游8》的烂，和老子无关……。尼古拉斯凯奇之后，布鲁斯威利斯变成了烂片王，汤姆汉克斯依然在线，难能可贵。
